Delicious and Nutritious Kale Fry

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of kale, washed and chopped
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 Dried red chillies
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3tbsp of desiccated coconuts
- Lemon wedge for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it becomes translucent
Add the Garlic and dried red chilli pieces: Stir in the chopped garlic and toss the dried red chillies broken into pieces. Stir fry
Cook the Kale: Add the chopped kale to the skillet. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until the kale is wilted and tender. Sprinkle desiccated coconuts.
Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with a lemon wedge for a fresh, zesty finish.
