Spinach with all its goodness will make you feel full and the eggs with their high protein content will keep your hunger at bay and will induce sleep too, hence, this could be a twice-a-week dinner choice if you are trying to shed those extra pounds.
I just sprinkled a dash of salt and a few specks of pepper powder and gobbled them all up but you can splash a bit of chilli sauce, grate cheese on top, scatter chopped green chillies or flavour it with whatever you fancy to make it more appealing to your tastebuds. However, You must remember, that this is entirely for helping you to lose weight and keep you nourished, essentially keeping the calorie level low.
How to make:
- Just heat a flat pan and brush with olive oil
- Wash a quarter bag of spinach and drain the water
- Drop into the pan and let the leaves wilt slightly
- Now drop the egg into the middle
- Let the egg get cooked properly. Do not close. If you close the lid, the spinach will lose its green colour
- When the egg is cooked sprinkle salt and pepper or any sauce or condiment you fancy
- Done!
- Eat the whole plate to stay full and happily go to bed. Eggs will induce sleep and you will shut off within a few minutes
- Wake up in the morning with a flat tummy and skip off to the office!
